Jessica Sanford
Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc. was opened in 1982 by Janice German. Jessica worked with Janice, her mother-in-law, for several years before becoming the full owner of the company in 2018. She is a licensed title agent and a registered abstracter. Jessica has served on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Land Title Association and is involved in several community organizations in Chadron.

Alaynah Briggs
Alaynah joined Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc. in March 2020. She is a licensed title agent and a registered abstracter. Alaynah searches the records in Box Butte and Dawes County, as well as handling several ag and commercial real estate closings.
Alaynah is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Land Title Association, chairing the Membership & Marketing Committee as well as the co-chairing the Education Committee.

Jennifer Borie
Jenny joined our team in January 2023 and handles all of our residential real estate closings. She is currently pursuing her title insurance license.

Stephanie Sayaloune
Stephanie became part of the DCAT team while still in her college years. Helping out around the office part-time, she learned the ins and outs of the business, and came on as a full time, permanent employee in 1999.

Cheryl has been a Nebraska registered abstracter since 1985 and works closely with Dawes County Abstract & Title, Inc. She searches the records in Dawes, Sheridan, and Sioux County, Nebraska.
